- **Resolution** — Full HD on 22 and 32-inch; 4K on current 43-inch and larger models
- **Sizes** — 22, 32, 43, 49, 55 and 65 inches
- **Mounting** — landscape or portrait with a lockable wall mount included
- **Content** — USB loading, with a network upgrade available for remote management

Sunlight is the usual reason indoor screens fail outdoors. Weather and impact ratings protect the enclosure; brightness and viewing distance decide readability. We never recommend a domestic TV for outdoor advertising.

Wall-mounted LCD vs freestanding vs large DV-LED vs window
Choose the format from structure, viewing distance and ambient light — not from a catalogue preference:
- **Wall-mounted outdoor LCD** — fixed wall, mid sizes, Allsee outdoor advertising range. Start with outdoor digital advertising displays when you have a suitable wall and need a weather-rated LCD enclosure.
- **Freestanding outdoor posters / totems** — pedestrian areas or entrances where there is no suitable wall. Digi’s outdoor freestanding digital posters cover 43–65 inches at 2,500 cd/m² with IP65 and IK10; foundation, power and service access are checked before install.

What brightness do I need for outdoor digital signage?
It depends on ambient light and viewing distance. Digi’s main outdoor advertising LCD range lists 2,000 cd/m² on the 22-inch model and 2,500 cd/m² on 32–65-inch models. The 55-inch 4K Elite outdoor option is listed at 3,500 cd/m². We assess the actual position before confirming a model — a shaded entrance and a sun-facing façade are not the same job.
What does IP65 mean for an outdoor screen?
On Digi’s wall-mounted outdoor advertising LCD range, IP65 means the listed enclosure is rated against dust ingress and water jets from any direction. We still check the intended position, mounting, power and service access against the exact model before installation. The 4K Elite outdoor model is listed with IP56 protection — check the product page for the confirmed enclosure rating.
Can I put a normal TV outside?
No. Domestic TVs are not designed for outdoor weather exposure, continuous commercial duty or the brightness needed in daylight. Use a commercial outdoor-rated display (or a high-brightness window display behind glass) specified for the site.
Wall-mounted outdoor screen or freestanding totem?
Use a wall-mounted outdoor LCD when you have a suitable wall and mounting structure. Choose a freestanding outdoor poster or totem when the message needs to sit in a pedestrian area or entrance without a usable wall. We confirm foundation, power and access for freestanding units before quoting.
