Customers deal directly with the people who survey, design, install and support the finished system.

  1. 01Practical advice

Raphael reviews the location, audience, brightness, viewing distance, content and budget before recommending equipment. The aim is to solve the business problem rather than sell the largest screen.

  2. 02Careful installation

Corey works alongside Raphael on installation, cabling, mounting, commissioning and handover. Larger projects use trusted specialist support where the scale or structure requires it.

  3. 03Content that fits

Zoe supports in-house design and marketing so content is created for the correct resolution, orientation and viewing environment. ScreenZeno can then keep campaigns current across one screen or many locations.

  4. 04Local aftercare

The same team remains available after installation for training, troubleshooting and warranty support. We believe existing customers should be looked after before new sales are prioritised.

See the team's work and discuss your project

Our published projects show different ways a display system can be used: custom curved LED at BPerfect Rushmere, digital menus at Florentines in Banbridge and wayfinding at Europa Hotel Belfast. Each case study describes its own scope, equipment and fitting arrangements.

A new project starts with the building and the people using it. Photographs, measurements and examples of your content help us discuss the format, installation and ongoing updates. Existing screens can be assessed where reusing them is appropriate.

Visit the showroom overview and book an appointment to see relevant equipment. For a written proposal, use the project enquiry form and tell us what you want the screens to do.
