Digi Sign supplied new digital screens and media-player equipment for Europa Hotel Belfast, combining meeting-room wayfinding with a reception display and content control for screens the hotel already owned.

Directions for meeting-room visitors

The new double-sided wayfinding screen directs visitors to their meeting rooms using booking information. Hotel staff update the information daily through Digi Sign's CMS, keeping control of the content with the team that uses it.

The display gives meeting-room visitors a place to check where they need to go, with the information updated to reflect the hotel's bookings.

A 70-inch reception screen

We also supplied a 70-inch screen and media player for reception. Alongside the new displays, Digi Sign supplied media-player control for the hotel's existing screens, allowing that equipment to remain part of its digital signage setup.

Fitted alongside the electrical refit

The company carrying out the hotel's electrical refit fitted the new screens on Digi Sign's behalf. Digi Sign supplied the display equipment and CMS used by hotel staff for their daily content updates.

Day-to-day control for the hotel

The project brings together new wayfinding and reception displays with content control for existing screens. The hotel team manages the information through Digi Sign's CMS and updates it as part of its daily routine.

Planning wayfinding for another venue

Start with the route visitors follow and the points where they need a room name or direction. List which information changes each day and who will maintain it. Existing displays can be assessed alongside new equipment, with the player, content-management and fitting responsibilities clearly identified in the proposal.

For a new installation, explore hospitality signage and content-management options.

Arrange a demonstration or quotation

Send the proposed location, approximate dimensions, available power and network details with your enquiry. Mention any existing equipment and access restrictions. Book a showroom visit or use the project enquiry form to discuss the equipment, installation, software and content work together.
