Digi Sign returned to the Europa Hotel Belfast to add equipment and content-management software in the reception area. The project included a 4K digital signage media player.

The player and CMS give staff a way to update and schedule conference-room booking information. Keeping that information current helps visitors and personnel find the correct destination within the hotel.

How will the content stay current?
Agree who creates updates, who approves them and when old material is removed.
